At Fidget Factory, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 3D printed toys and fidgets. Each product is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. As a result, we adhere to a strict “All Sales Are Final” policy.
No Refunds
All purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been placed and processed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are committed to making it right. Please follow these steps to report a damaged or defective product:
Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at Enquiries@fidgetfactory.im with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
Review: Our team will review your claim and, if deemed valid, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or defective item. We may request that you return the defective item to us.
Replacement: If approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders are specially made to your specifications and, as such, cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
